Hi After reading numerous complaints against Spectre Miniatures shipping times, I must say that my experience has been the opposite. I made an order about a week and a half ago and at every step of the process I've been informed on the status of my order (very good communication). Shipping time has been more than reasonable, as I've received the miniatures today. They are gorgeous sculpts. If Spectre had problems with the shipping, they are in the past. My friends got the rest their figures from the kickstarter earlier this week and are satisfied. I'm still waiting to hear from my one acquaintance, but it seems things have changed for the better. |

Months and no product and no response. This is the first time I have been ripped off. Guess I have been lucky…that and a lot of vendors are really honest. But this company? I advise to stay away at all costs! |

Not my experience. I have received my products in time and have not any troubles, neither with the shipment nor with the comms with the company. |

Glad to hear someone had good luck. We are putting in a complaint with our credit card company. First time we have ever been deliberately stiffed. Got a few responses that they would send the product then nothing…. |

Please drop us a line on info@spectreminiatures.com and we will sort out whatever the issue is. It sounds like a legacy problem that we will remedy.
