I'm with you there, piper909, but the troops aren't carrying the Yale motto into battle. They're carrying Harvard's. Very nicely painted though. |

Oh, that's where it came from! I just thought it was a wonderful non sequitor bit of absurdism. I obviously did not attend Harvard (sob). Grenadier Models once made a piper in a morion helmet and clothes for this period -- can't recall if it came from an historical range or was supposed to be a "fantasy bard." I have one in my own Scottish medieval army, tho', painted in the royal livery. I'd like to see some pictures of the Highlanders! |
