We are looking into changing the time of the Friday and Saturday Raffles and the Saturday Miniatures Auction. Currently both the Friday and the Saturday Raffle tickets are drawn at 8PM each night. We plan on moving the Friday Raffle drawing to 7PM, which gives people 7 hours to buy tickets and move the Saturday Raffle to 6Pm which gives people 8 hours to buy tickets. The Auction bidding currently concludes at 9PM on Saturday and it takes about an hour to finish all transactions and get people their items. We are planning to move this to 7PM which still gives people 16+ hours to place bids on auction items over the course of the weekend. With this changes we are trying to get things wrapped up earlier each evening and give our hard working volunteers and gamer/supporters waiting for the raffle/auction to conclude a chance to enjoy/run some games in the evening. Also experience has shown me that things slow down the last few hours. For those of you who have participated in the past, please give me your feedback and let me know your thoughts. Thanks to everyone who supports this cause and have helped to raise over $40,000 USD for Toys for Tots over the last ten years. Santa Moe |

No, you don't have to be present for either raffle and the Auction is at 7PM, so hopefully most people will be done. And for you, if it does, I'll buy you a burger. |

What kind of donations are you looking for as well? Painted figures, un-painted figures, box sets? |

@Stepman3 To answer your questions. YES. We can use painted figures, units, terrain etc for the auction that lasts the entire weekend. We can use Box Sets for Boxed Sets for either the Raffle or as items to be painted by our many volunteers (same with Unpainted figures) In short, we will glad take anything you want to part with as long as it helps us raise money for the charity. So what can I put you down for? :D Moe. |
