I rarely have any problems ordering items from England and I usually receive them within 2 weeks. Two orders from Arrowhead Miniatures (Kettering), however, are MIA, one now 6 weeks and another 4 weeks. Has anyone else in the US experienced delays like this? Just asking. It's just weird. I have contacted Arrowhead and Jeff has graciously re-sent my first order. Thanks |

I have recently experienced issues with mailed items to the US, the parcels are taking a little longer than expected – but eventually got there. Not sure why? Tony |

I had problems years ago. Placed and order and never received it. After about 6 weeks I asked for my money back, and got it. Supposedly, the stuff was found eventually, having never left the UK. On another order, not from them, some plastic tanks were held for four weeks for inspection in the UK, and then eventually delivered, so there is more screening going on. |
