Hi everyone,

I want to make terrain for the WWII battle at Betio. Any suggestions for what I can use to simulate the palm tree logs for the seawall and some of the fortifications. Some of the photos from the battle show their diameter to be more than the thin plastic versions that are available. The scale is 28 mm. Thanks for any help.

The craft stores sell bamboo that comes in various thicknesses and are about 2-3 feet long. I use them for 28mm palm trees and logs, some of the thinner ones would work for 15mm.
