I posted a bunch of pictures of games that the HAWKs ran in our room at Historicon. I think we had another strong showing, despite missing a couple of key members this year.

It was a great room---cool and quiet. One slight correction, Buck, Mike Bryne and I ran the Friday modern games (set in Iraq). Mike and Pat ran the Chechnya game on Saturday.

Great pictures. Thanks for sharing.

I passed through the HAWKS room at H'con several times over the weekend. It was always busy, filled with good looking games and happy players.

Like you, Col. Buck, I also crunch the numbers on games in the PEL and the convention program for each HMGS convention. The HAWKS consistently run more games than any other club, by far. For those (few) players who stay for Sunday* morning, they can always find a game worth playing in the HAWKS room.

On behalf of all of us who have enjoyed your club's games over the years, thanks again for all your efforts.

Good luck with the expanded version of Barrage.

*P.S.--Speaking of Sunday, I'm curious as to how long it took you to drive home.
