Hi folks,

I live in the US, well, in Texas which last time I checked was still in the US and I wondered what ordering from Foundry is like. I never have and that means that, since they no longer have a North American Distributor, I haven's bought any in a long time. I do remember that a few years back there seemed to be some question on getting product to the US, that it took an inordinate amount of time. Anyway I was just wondering. Thanks in advance…

I ordered a bunch of stuff a month ago. No problems, timely arrival, nicely packed and complete.

[Edit: I'm in Virginia.]

I've order Ed several times. Usually arrives within 4weeks, but I have to admit that the last order went lost. They just sent out a replacement.

I live in McKinney, just North of Dallas. It usually takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get an order from Foundry on average. On a rare occasion I had one order a few years ago that took 4 weeks. They've always been helpful & answered my emails promptly.

Fantastic to order from. Good service and the time to the states is short. They normally ship airmail.

With the dollar to pound rate right now, it's a good time.

Multiple orders over a many year span have arrived to me quickly. The one or two times there were errors they were addressed quickly and professionally. I have no qualms about ordering from them.

It has been several months since I have ordered, but great service at the time and in the past. I have bought many of their figs through the decades.

The recent orders were pretty timely. One had a single figure missing which they replaced.

They are usually pretty good about shipping within a fairly short period of time – but sometimes things go slowly through the customs process. My last order from them was shipped in a day – but took almost six weeks to make its way to my door in Frisco, TX. Not their fault – and they have been good at following up via e-mail if something goes wrong. As others have said they are good at fixing issues, too. I have a bunch of Foundry figures and have made plenty or orders over the years.

I haven't had any problems and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I find that when I send stuff from the UK to USA, it takes about a week. Sometimes only 3 days,

I have never had a problem.

I wish I could say the same, Inkpaduta… oh! – you mean with ordering from Foundry!
