Does anyone know any good books from this conflict that are worth reading? |

Pity the Nation is the only one I've attempted, very difficult reading however as it goes into exhaustive detail on causes, politics and impact. IIRC there may be an Osprey too… |

Pity the Nation is definitely the best for the overall situation. It has a good chapter on the fighting between the Syrians and the Israelis in the mountains. Yes there is an Osprey. There are a number of good books on the Israeli invasion. |

What books are recommended for the Israeli invasion? |

From Beirut to Jerusalem (1989) is a book by American journalist Thomas L. Friedman based on his time as a reporter during the early/mid 1980s, it's not military but he does give a behind the scenes look at the conflicts |

"What books are recommended for the Israeli invasion?" Try "Israel's Lebanon War" by Ze'ev Schiff Ehud Ya'ari. The 1st volume of Anthony Cordesman's "Lessons of Modern War" also covers the 1982 war, but from a military technical viewpoint. |
