Ol' "Chuckwagon Charlie" has been manning the Chuck-wagon of the Bar None Ranch for long as most folks can remember. He's worked his way and learned his trade on The Chisholm Trail, The Butterfield Trail, The Santa Fe Trail, and various ranches and herd drives.
With his trusty pipe in his mouth, he can whip up a bucket of beans or Bunkhouse Slop Stew faster than a cowboy can write his name. If you like beans, beans, and more beans, and you like your Slop Stew with "variety" then Charlie can fill your tin plate with tasty vittles.
Wash it down with his famous "Old Sock Coffee", strong and black, and a piece of his cornbread loaf, and you won't want to eat for a while.
He also can make a mean tasting Apple Pie.
Yeps, Ol' Chuckwagon Charlie has a reputation out on the range….
But he has also been harboring a secret for many, many, years…."

Is it "It takes all kinds o' critters to make Chuckwagon Charlie's Fritters"? Or, "I got a real good eye for prime meat"?
