Really nice work! The facing colors certainly "pop" making these more than just dull black uniformed troops! |

I've said it about your Belgians and I'll say it again. I used to think these earlier Perry releases suffered from being "early" and subsequent scale creep. This has changed my mind ++ Again I love your firing line. The variety of poses, the mounted officer included, the casualty. Great attention to detail, in an inspiring piece of work. I nearly missed following the link. (Follow it!) I'll groan just once. The spongeman for the gun. He has to go to the right for any army. Loader to the left. Firer depends on army I admit. (Mind you my DBs and HA of La Garde have it wrong…my first ever figures though, so some excuse) I love these. |

Thx for all the nice words . Actually some of these where my first napoleon miniatures and my knowledge has grown since then. The spongeman is wrong I know now….but rebasing it…well we know but most of my gaming friends do not:) Glad you liked them. Might take some pictures of my 14 battalions of french infantry now you got me started. :) regards Rasmus aka miniaturepainter |

Well you were not angry at the advice, as some are…. and I forgot to offer more praise. Your grey horses…saved them……not easy to do, but brilliant in your hands. The darker legs…I tend to lighten them….far better your way!
What about the close up of the command unit? No one else gets away with painting the eyes in. I never even try. The result is ridiculous usually…but not here. That is amazing work. So let's see the Uhlans……. |

Seems to be a recurring theme on here Whenever I start a particular project, someone else beats me to it and knocks my work out of the park These are great, my Brunswick troops now look distinctively "Ordinary" Great work J |
