Muster on the Parade Ground 2016 is fast approaching. The show will be held at the Queen's Campus Sports Hall, Thornaby, Stockton on Tees, TS17 6BH this Saturday between 10.00am & 4.00pm. Admission is £2.00 GBP for adults and £1.00 GBP for children and senior citizens. There are 27 traders – including at least three (The Pit Gaming Shop, Mighty Lancer Games and Rapier Miniatures) who we believe have never traded at a show in the region before. – so there should be something for everyone. There will also be a bring and buy stall and a tombola stall with modelling and wargames prizes. There are 16 public participation wargames with successful players getting a 2 part prize draw ticket. A maximum of 5 tickets per player may be entered into the prize draw. Players must take tickets to the Prize Draw Ticket Collection Point at the Tombola Stand to enter the draw – the 1st part of the ticket goes into the draw, the 2nd part is retained by the player and must be produced to receive the prize. The draw is at 3.00pm at the Tombola Stand. The prizes are -1st 2 * £25.00 GBP vouchers, 2nd 1 * £25.00 GBP voucher & 3rd 1 * £25.00 GBP voucher – the vouchers are used to obtain goods from traders at the show or from them within two weeks after the show. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash in whole or part. In addition there is a fun "wargame" with edible prize. More details can be found on our website: teesshows.co.uk or our show Facebook page: facebook.com/motpg12016 We have tried to do all we can to organise the best possible show but one issue has defeated us. As the sports hall is part of Durham University and the university is not sitting there are no refreshments on site other than vending machines. We tried to obtain permission to allow a mobile catering outlet (i.e. a chip van) to trade in the car park but were not successful as the car park is part of the university site and outside catering is prohibited. We therefore recommend you have a hearty breakfast before attending the show and there is nowhere better than the cafe in Morrisons at the Teesside Retail Park. The cafe (and store) opens at 7.00 am and serves a nice breakfast and other food. The map can be found on our show Facebook page: facebook.com/motpg12016 |

Everyone knows about "those days", but Italy After Normandy is the rest of the story; from Rome through the Trasimeno Line, Gothic Line, and into the Po Valley in April 1945 – 11 months of intense fighting. |

Just buy the PDF. No postage. It's only 77 pages the majority of which are B&W (scenario maps are color). |

Ed has an interesting pricing structure. PDF = $15.00 USD PDF + Hardcopy = $20.00 USD + postage (in my case $7.00 USD) So in the end, if you purchase both together, the hardcopy with postage costs $3.00 USD less than the PDF! |
