wargamevault probably be the largest website selling pdf wargame books, does anyone have experiences of selling on wargamevault? How was the sales?

I've enjoyed modest sales.

I love using them because I'm lazy and don't want the hassle of running a store. Easy to use. That said, dont forget their marketing tools, but you have to remember your own external marketing.

Would you piggy back with RPGNow?

I do all my business on there. Free free to email me at runequester@gmail.com if you have any questions.

On the consumer end, I suggest piggybacking with RPGnow and DriveThruRPG. Not everyone checks all three.

I have found War-games Vault easy to deal with as a publishers. They are helpful and responsive with technical issues, and their built in processes support a number of business models.

When you list on War-games Vault you are allowed to cross list on RPGNow and other sister sites, and there is almost no effort in doing so.

From talking to others, there appears to be little poaching of book sales on PDF sales or vice versa. In fact many people will buy both the printed book and the PDF.

Wargames Vault has a good accounting system that lets you track sales, and they send a royalty check quarterly.

I can't say enough good things about them.

Yep sold a few copies on Wargames Vault. I also sell on Amazon. I would say pdf specification is done better on Amazon but I got there in the end with the help of the Wargames Vault team. Amazon also want me to sell on Kindle but I have not done that yet.

With the physical copies there is a bit of difference to how the printed copies look. Personally I prefer the Amazon print.

Modest sales, it tends to be a trickle of money for me.
