On my blog I have another update. This time I talk about customising your laser cut MDF buildings. I have 4Ground and Sarissa Precision sets that I have modified quite a bit. Have a look at the article including a lot of pictures and some tips. Blog: link one of the examples:

Very nice effect and your table looks lovely. What scale are the buildings? |

Brilliant stuff, I need to do this with all my 15mm 4ground buildings but I'm nervous about that first step, thanks for the motivation and inspiration. |

Is that 'Mater parked in front of the garage? All kidding aside, that is a great job on the buildings. Jim EDIT: And I just read all of the blog posting and it is!!! Great repurposing. |

"Is that 'Mater parked in front of the garage?" I've actually seen a couple of old wreckers that looked like Mater in a garage in California. |

Inspirational stuff indeed! I'm doing much the same thing for my own BA layout so the images of the buildings have given me some fresh impetus for my own. THe overall look of your Normandy table is excellent. Thanks for posting. Lee. |
