I'm in Maine for a week on holiday. My brother in law told his 10 year old son I have an online wargame to play with him. Any of you guys know of a simple online game?

I didn't bring my simple board game. Help!

World of Tanks maybe? I haven't played it myself, but it's free to play until higher levels, and apparently a lot of fun.

This cool little blog has links to some browser based game boards that you can drag and drop figures and terrain onto to play with simple rules.

He has ECW, 'Army men', horse and musket and possibly more.

Might be one option, anyway.

Cheers,

Pass on World of Tanks. Don't want to start the young fellow on a path of "just a little more money dad for the next level ".

Temp like Achilles, I'll give that a look. You may have saved my bacon.

Try the "Battalion" turn-based flashgames – 'Battalion: Nemesis', 'Battalion: Ghosts', & 'Battalion: Vengeance'.
