Looks like a pirate/privateer with an afro inspired by Blaxploitation flicks like 'Jackie Brown.'

Yeah, the painter did an excellent job contrasting and melding the bronze(s) and brown(s), the jacket and eyeliner sets everything off too!

There is definitely a "Blaxploitation" element!
