Figured I'd talk a little bit about what is going on with Blast Pistol.

Since release, the game has seen several updates, including 5 new units and several added options, bringing it to version 1.05. This has all been free for anyone who have purchased the game.

As of right now, there are also 3 "snack" expansions available for a dollar each.
These each contain 5 new units, 2 new battle conditions, a new mission and a bit of background info.
They also each add an optional rule or detail.

In essence, a grab bag of various pieces.

So how have the reception been so far:

In total, the rules have sold 83 copies. Not the most I've seen in a first month but not terrible at all either, especially given how small the booklet was.

We should reach 100 pretty soon, in which case you all will get a free bonus addition.

I've had a few people contact me and say that they are excited about an NWG game that has premade units and an evolving army list.
It helps add some context and sometimes you just want to pick some stuff, rather than mess around with a unit builder or random table.

Will expansions keep hitting this quick? It'll slow down over time, but the plan is to time a free update with each expansion pack.

In addition, each expansion has a secret sales goal assigned to it.
When that has been reached, it'll be taken down and be included in the core rules with the next update.
No expansion has hit that yet, but if the pace of sales keeps up, its no question it will soon.

Last Era will see a free update and expansion 3 this weekend and Powder&Bayonet will get its turn Sunday or Monday.

In other NWG news, The last day of June is the last day for the Starport Scum and Shako-to-Coalscuttle beta tests. Grab them now if you want them.
July will see the releases of Allied Storm and Starport Scum (if all goes well).
