I know its been asked before, but I'm looking for a copy of, Pony Wars or B Troop Ain't Coming Back. Anybody got a suggestion of a current seller?

"saw pony wars on the rafm website this morning."

I'm afraid that's Yellow Ribbon, not Pony Wars.

Thanks Cavcrazy, and the rest of you too.

Bob, I thought I had a copy of Pony Wars, turns out I have Plains Wars Campaigns And Skirmish Scenarios by Pete Panzeri. If it interests you I will gladly send it to you.

I have a copy of Pony Wars but not willing to part with it. If it's not a violation of any copyright (problematic), I might be able to make a copy for you. But I'd want to hear from someone who has absolute certainty about ownership. None of those "I think" ponderings will get me to violate the copyright. This whole hobby lives and breathes on intellectual property rights. Let's not mess with it.

I have Plains Wars myself. Thanks Cav.I would think (you said not to say that) that if it's out of print and no longer for sale, you would not be violating a copyright or in any way cheating them out of anything, just helping to keep their old system alive. But, I am not a lawyer and don't think much of those who say they are. If not willing, I'll just keep looking. Thanks for the response.

I know I have a copy somewhere I've never used and am unlikely to ever use, so I am willing to part with it (if I can find it!). I'm in Australia, though.

Bob, intellectual property rights do not extinguish just because something is out of print. That I do know. But if the author or publisher were to pipe up and say go forward, then I'd have no problem. Short of that, I just can't. Mr. Martini, if he can find his seems like a good option if you are willing to cover his postage costs – least you could do.

Bob Hume27 Jun 2016 6:24 a.m. PST

Henry, I'd be more than happy to reimburse you for any shipping costs, plus whatever you want for the rules too.
