Cut off the drun sticks, and the extra drummer figures might be converted into warmachine or catapult crew members. Cut off the base and lay the figure flat for a casualty. Conversely, cut off the base and mount the drummer on a wolf or other creature and you've got a mounted kettle drummer for your orc-guard regiment.
