It turns out that I have had the wrong impression all these many years and the 19th century board takes the temporal (1800-1899) as opposed to the historical conception of 19th century (1815-1914). It thus applies only to things pertaining to the 1800-1899 period, with 1900-1914 period belonging to the Early 20th Century Boards. I have chided some Napoleonic postings from the 19th century boards. I apologize, I was in the wrong. KT |
