I'd like to gouge out a couple of shallow areas from a TSS terrain tile to make paddy fields and ponds…any neat ideas about how to go about it? I don't have a hot wire tool I'm afraid, but I'm not sure that it would be great help with this anyway. |

It might be easier to get a half depth TSS water square(they will supply in blue or muddy brown) and then use another half height piece uncoated or the right thickness of mdf if you have it (hence not needing a hot wire tool) and place one on the other as the bounderies of the fields. TSS also sell bags of flock to match their existing pieces. This is how the paddies were made for our game at Salute. link |

Great looking table ! Willard: Charlie didn't get much USO. He was dug in too deep or moving too fast. His idea of great R&R was cold rice and a little rat meat. He had only two ways home: death, or victory. " |
