Starting to make (very slow) progress on my Japanese – it's gonna be a doozy. At this point I've got a lot of the line infantry and gun teams cleaned up and primed (which was a battle in of itself) – and now I'm finishing up adding guns and armor…

If you airbrush dark yellow or middlestone for IJA or a medium to dark green for SNLF it will reduce half your battle. Airbrush the tanks while you are at it. |

Dark Yellow / middlestone is going to be too yellow for Pacific War Japanese Uniforms – extant uniforms I've seen are "greener" starting '42/'43… so I'm still debating what color I'm going to use for that. I do have an airbrush and generally airbrush tanks – I may see if I can find a good base color for the infantry that will be compatible with the Vallejo colors to save some time. That's a great suggestion… |

I've got a full set of Vallejo paints – middlestone is too "panzer dark yellow" – which I'll grant you is green-ish, but not green-ish enough… I'm hoping to do multiple colors to represent the variation not only in manufacturing, but wear… |
