I had a friend that sculpted American Indians for the Franklin Mint. He told me if he sculpted them the way they really looked no one would by them and he would lose his job. Even with History most people want to be inspired so History becomes heroic, women become hot and imaginations get a boost. How many movies and TV shows do we enjoy that are supposed to be Historical but are far from it?
As a sculptor, I think this is an amazing sculpt and a beautiful paint job.
I give this two thumbs up even if it isn't historically accurate.
