I'm really in the market for some 25/28mm Plant Men, can anyone point the way to some currently available (or any older models up for sale)? What I'm looking for are approximately human-size figures, looking like Shambling Mounds or just the Jolly Green Giant -- I'm not terribly particular how humanoid they appear, as long as they DO look like "plant men" and not simply weird plants. Thanks!

Yes, these are good for a start!

What I'm seeking is to build a small army of minions for Poison Ivy.

Great stuff! You guys are really coming through. But this is going to cost me a fortune. BUT the pain feels so good….

I'd forgotten about Hydra minis. I already have a few things from them that I didn't remember where they came from.

Splintered Light makes 15mm/18mm Wood Trolls which are just a little shorter than a 28mm figure:

I will be using them as Gloranthan goblins when the time comes…

I picked up a box of Dryads to use for Poison Ivy from a FLG at 20% off. At Games Workshop they retail for $41 USD for 16 figures which I think is a pretty fair price. At my FLG they are even a better price!!

CP Models and Hydra both have some plant creatures (not all can be described as "men" tho):

Khurasan has some called vornids….they are listed as 15mm…I have some they are a touch taller than 15mm.

I had an idea for some for Off the Wall Armies, but never got to them. One with a dish rack, one with a comfy chair

Looks like most of them have been covered. Reaper also has some Mushroom Men.

I use the Hydra sprouts for Venusian Plantmen.

I think GZG also does some 15mm not-Triffids.

Psycho…that line is incredible.

What a treasure trove, thanks everybody!

And I was reminded by this not to forget about Mushroom Men. I hadn't realized there were so many of these out there now.

Multiple orders placed, I hope you all got sales commissions!
