I have been building a Spanish Napoleonic force for SP2 and have done a quick review of progress to date – hope you like

Good looking troops and an effective use of the Lead (plastic) Mountain.

Muy bueno, senor!

That's a lovely collection!

A couple of suggestions…

The 2º DE CATALUÑA light infantry look like they have uniforms that are light blue while I would have expected dark blue.

You have bicorns rather that shakos on your gunners (i.e. early war) so I would have expected the artillery to have been of the Gribeauval pattern. So you would probably want to use a French piece rather than the British.

I have some of my Spanish Army notes online at…

…which might be of interest.

Thank you for the notes – excellent

My research suggested a light blue coat before they got a dark blue coat – I shall reflect the fact it should be dark blue from now on

I have decided to abandon the cannon and crew and source a crew elsewhere – I shall use a French cannon now.

Nice use of the Victrix early French set.

Very nicely done – a colourful army that not too many people have

I also did my Spanish line using the Victrix early French.
They work pretty well.
For the Grenadiers I used metal figures from Elite.

Really cool. I have a half painted box of those French too. This is a good idea. Another project to add to my list of projects! :)

Added an update – I' e redone the Artillery crew and added officers. I've also added name tags to be used as on field ID and as activation tokens

That is a really stunning SP2 force. If they fight half as well as they look, they'll be unbeatable!!!!!
