Not certain what they are, but they appear to be two different manufacturers. The Deltas might be QRF.

The top look like Irregular 15mm US Moderns, the bottom like Flashpoint Minis' Delta, though you may be right and they're QRF. Do you have photos from a better perspective?

I am fairly certain the Delta aren't Flashpoint, as far as I can determine from their website, and let me see if I can take a better pic. Thanks, Jack!
