Hi Folks
I got these on eBay and would like to get more. There are 25mm rather than 28.
I'd love to know the manufacturer.

They look like Eureka early Napoleonic French to me.

No, they are Chariot Miniatures 25mm French Revolution range, French infantry (now done by Magister Militum)

MM advertises them as 28s. Do you think they are too small to be 28s?

To be honest I didn't measure them --they look good with Dixons 25s but yes they are more 28mm.
