Are you currently able to access those sites with computer that has another operating system?

Or a different browser?

Do you mean you have lost the bookmark for the sites? Can you still use google? If so, google "Eureka Miniatures" and then click on appropriate search result. Depending on your browser, you should be able to sync bookmarks from one computer to another- works for me from Safari on ipad to Mozilla Firefix on PC.
If you still can't access Eureka site, it may be that you need to check the level of your security settings in the browser and your anti- virus and then add the site as an exception.

First question is what sort of error do you get when trying to access either page?

I'm on Win10 and I'm okay accessing those sites. Steamingdave offered a comprehensive advice. One of those steps should fix it.

Being unable to access a site has nothing to do with your operating system. It's a browser or firewall issue.

Got 2 laptops both updated within a week of each other, 1 got McAfee for protection the other Norton.

Both now use windows edge,

The one with McAfee, I had no problems before the update getting to the Eureka site but after the update, I get this error:

this site can't be opened,

try this

make sure you have the correct address
eurekamin.com.au (I have the correct address)

update site. (does nothing for me when I hit it)

search what you are looking for. (link goes to BING)

The one with Norton works fine but then Norton doesn't like Windows Edge (possible hint)

So the problem might be Mcafee vs Windows Edge

Hmm just deactivated the Mcafee firewall Eureka can now be accessed. So the puzzle why no problems before the update.

Mcafee's net guard didn't like Eureka miniatures this is now fixed.
The puzzle is why does Mcafee not like eureka or AB figures?

Mcafee is well known for false positive virus/scam detection where I work. Two things could have happened. First is the Eureka made a minor change to their website or more likely Mcafee updated the virus definition file it uses.
