It tries all the time, but I just ignore it. I submit and then get the bug. I just ignore it and go to the home page. I go back to the thread and it has posted, but I don't get the post count which, to me, is irrelevant. |

Just press 'submit' again and more often the posts magically appear, even if they are often duplicates. It takes quite a lot to be 'locked out' of a website, particularly as these are stateless transactions. |

If you're posting at length its worth copying before you press submit in case the time lock eats it. Sometimes it does sometimes it posts anyhow. |

Half the time, you can resubmit and it'll go through, the other half, it will adamantly refuse and you just have to wait and try again later. |

Yes, but the problem is exacerbated when trying to cross post, so you end up with a second posting not being connected to the first. It disrupts the flow of conversations and must annoy poster and reader alike. |

It was only just this very week I have had the annoyance of lockouts. Four of them, the most recent last night. |
