And did it make any difference to his conduct? No research needed, just offer your opinion. Choices include Cat person, therefore irredeemably evil proto-Bond villain. Cat person, I like cats. Dog lover, campaign tent always smelled of wet blankets. Dog lover, who cares about the smell Wellington liked dogs, that's why he won. Feel free to add more. |

Napoleon despised cats and would not allow them in the same room as him. He sometimes had an allergic reaction if cats were about. |

Niether. I'd describe him as an "eagle person".

Saber6,great story; he should have tried to enlist them! I wonder if that was the origin of his maxim that "an army of rabbits, lead by a lion,is better than an army of lions, lead by a rabbit"? |

Napoleon was an evil person. Therefore he could not have been a dog person. |

I've always thought of him as a miniature horse person |

He was French/Corsican. His only interest in either would be as a gourmet meal. |

I don't think he was a pet person at all. His great big logical mind was too busy conquering the world to give pets much thought. He did appreciate the importance of the honey bee though. |

He loves Bees… Amicalement Armand |

A power person. Not suitable to care for dogs or cats IMO. Own a dog currently and multiple cats in the past. Dude was a great general/politician but I suspect a minimal pet owner at best. |
