A bit open for jungle but then there is that whole playability factor. Really like that your river edges match to your base terrain. So often game rivers look just like what they are – something stuck down and way too obvious. So, good job all around. Irregular shaped bases is a nice touch. |

I would like to play on that table. |

Very nice. Remember that even jungles have deciduous trees so if you want to clutter it up a bit more, just add some "normal" trees. |

The terrain is setup IMHO for an almost perfect battleground for miniature soldiers to maneuver, take cover, and fire. Nice stuff. |

Nice! I think it needs a little more clutter. Vehicles should have a difficult time driving through the jungle, and it looks like they have plenty of open terrain. |

Where are the tower and huts from? Did you scratch build them or are they from a particular manufacturer. Great looking table. |

Thanks for all the comments. I have 2 more mountains of roughly the same size. I usualy play smaller skirmish games on a 4x4 table so I can pull the scenerry together on that 4x4 to create a dense terrain table. But I'm not sure that is desirable. the games I play are all withh true line of sight and with cover and cover bonusses. I have used this table in this set-up (6x4) for a bolt action tournament. the players had three games on it and all six players enjoyed playing on it. if you go down to ground level you can only see a couple of inches every time so you have to maneuvre quite a bit to et a line of sight. With more jungle it would take up to turn 5 or 6 before the players would get a shot. I will add some more other clutter and normal trees for the new Zangali games but this is a nice starting point. @kallman, MBM is right. They are sarissa precision buildings with some conversion work done and obviously some paint. Most obvious is the straw roofs but the guard tower has a new roof. new sand bag walls and camo netting added to it. SP buildings are great to work on. straight out of the box they are quite plain and boring. They are quite cheap though. |

Lovely job. Wargames scenery rarely gets close to really world scenery. Much like 24 miniatures representing 600 real men there has to be a line between playability and reality. Personally I think you've got it spot on I'd be very happy with that if it was my table layout. |

Very nice job. Playability is a big issue, I have seen some great jungle tables but I am not sure how playable they might be. John |

For gaming I think it looks perfect. |

That's the kind of table I would like to see the USMC and IJA in pitched battle. Very nice. |

@BaBuGames – will you share how you made the really cool tree stands? They look like they have some weight to keep them on the table, but can be moved around. That's a brilliant idea! |
