Does anyone know if Zvezda has made or will be making WWII platoon boxes with US & British Soldiers?

I currently have the German Platoon on order and am hesitant to purchase the Russian Kursk Platoon as I'm not a big fan of eastern front warfare.

What are your thoughts to mixing in minis from Caesar or another company?

I very much doubt it – unaware that they are planning US troops at all…

Zvezda seem to concentrate on the Eastern Front which I guess is natural considering that they are a Russian Company.

Yes, the only US and British stuff they have produced so far has been Lend Lease gear, so very unlikely to do US/British infantry.

I've got several Zvezda 2-lbrs with British Crew. And they are really nice models.

Yes I have picked up some of their 15 mm tanks. Nice detail and super easy to assemble. The paint up nice and other than picking them up you cannot tell difference between them and Battlefront.

Ah, I suspect we all have our scales mixed up.

So in 20mm they do British infantry, but don't, I suspect, have any plans to do 15mm Brits.

I've got tons on their 15mm vehicles. Lovely, and soooo cheap.

Well they're for their art of tactic game which uses 1/72 infantry (and artillery), 1/100 vehicles, and 1/144-1/200 airplanes so its understandable there would be confusion. So no, they will not be doing 15mm Brits or anybody else unless they change their scale policy, but they look to be doing quite a bit of late war german and russian vehicles this year.

As for their platoon sets as far as I know Zvezda is not doing box sets of 1/72 plastic anymore.
