I placed a significant order on 4/3 and have not received anything. Is anyone else having problems with orders from Stone Mountain Minis? |

Doug, Sorry about the delay. We are in the process of re-molding many of our lines and as a result order fulfillment has bogged down. Added to this is a 100% increase in orders over this period last year. However, you have waited too long for your order so I will make sure it is completed and shipped this Saturday. I will also toss in a couple of goodies to compensate you for your time. Dave Stone Mountain Miniatures, Inc. |

My order for some ACW ships to round out my Peruvian and Chilean fleets was on hold for many weeks but I have been assured that it was in the mail on Tuesday. I hope that was the case |

Doug, Congratulations on your quick and complete response to Mr. Blount. It is dealers like you from whom gamers like me like to order. Jim |

Mr. Dave Babb (and Wife partner), are Gentlefolk and may be trusted always to give the best possible service (allowing for volume of business at any given moment), and whose honesty and fair dealings meet the highest industry/hobby standards. And, "No!," he's not my Rich Uncle! Just a suitably impressed fellow in this crazy business, TVAG |
