I built this for approximately fifty cents worth of materials I had on hand. I made some mistakes, but they will help me do better next time. For more pictures and a video link, please visit my blog: winserswargames.blogspot.com

Fantastic – I was intending to do some Spanish village terrain this winter – need all the ideas I can get. Keep them coming!

I like it. I'll give you a dollar for it, that way you can double your money.

Nicely done, beware scratch building is addictive!

And time consuming.

Yes scratch building is addictive and time consuming, but also rewarding. However if you figure in your time at even minimum wage your cost is about the same for something pre-painted and pre-built. Still it feels good when someone walks up to your gaming table at a convention and asks where did you buy your buildings?

Nice job. I did a Spanish village and church scratch built using foamcore and glue. It is always great to see others who have taken up the challenge. Yours looks very nice.

Very nice – I have a question, probably for others.

You mentioned using tape on the corners to avoid gaps.

What kind of tape ? I would have thought masking tape would not be stable over time and scotch (sellotape) tape would make it hard for things to stick to it

Thanks

John
