Anyone has seen/ read this?

Despite the nationalist narrative and problematic translation I found his book on 1875-1876 very useful and hope this to also be so.

No idea, I found it while trawling for images of the 1884-1886 uniform of the Serbian Army. The associated page was in serbian. I did find some listings on Abe Books
