Haz-mat gear all the way.

But first you have to wait for the current tenant to pass, sounds like a really bad deal all the way around, especially paying 200 million for a property that is valued around 27 million. Even if you toss in the "notoriety" of the property you shouldn't go that high. I'll bet that there's some sort of hidden side deal like the buyer gets a piece of Playboy's marketing (which is evidently the only profitable part left of Hefner's empire).

Hey, the zoo license must be worth something.

I was going to suggest using the site to train drug-sniffing dogs, but on second thought they would probably start "hitting" at the front gate and be totally exhausted before reaching the front door.

I'm sure there is a bulk pricing discount for a tankerload of Lumenol…

It isn't uncommon for neighbors to pay a premium to purchase adjoining properties, according to real-estate experts, to ensure someone else doesn't come in and divide the property or disrupt or denigrate the neighborhood.

Yeah, the last thing you want is someone lowering the tone of the Playboy mansion. As to letting Hugh stay on, does the contract stipulate that you can't turn the power off when he's in the elevator?

Hef has been quoted as saying that if current negotiations fall through, he will donate the property to the US Navy to use as a retirement home for enlisted personnel. He says that it has been a lifelong dream of his to fill the mansion with Seamen.
