Help, I just picked up a bunch of Black Tree designs islam infantry and I no good at painting shield. They came with a bunch of the rounded hourglass type shields. I checked little big man, but no luck. Thanks in advance.

There are options if the shields are not cast on. You can buy different shields and toss the "hour glass style" ones.

My solution was to purchase some "large" LBMS Kite shield transfers. (Perry I believe, but ask Steve at LBMS for the biggest ones) I then cut the hour glass shape from them (only the very bottom needed a bit of paint touching up)

I used mostly the brown or solid color transfers with the Arabic writing across the upper portion. Colors were easy to match. Worked out great!

Exactly what Skip said!! I also picked up some Gripping Beast plastic Arab Infantry and used those shields with transfers. The Gripping beast and Black Tree Design figures match up perfectly.
