Me and a friend have started working armies for the War of Spanish Succession. He is starting with the Grand Alliance and I am doing the French (and later Bavarians) We are doing all this in the 15mm scale, my favourite scale to paint because I can finish something in an evening.

What size are those bases? Are they 40mmX30mm or close to it? |

That is how I started basing mine, then I have had second thoughts that I needed to squeeze the frontage down to 10mm per figure, but your shots reassure me that 3x3 on a 40x30mm base does indeed look as good as I thought it would. |
