Nice. Where did you find the totem pole mini? |

Is that totem pole from the old Atlantic 'Apache Camp' set? (Not that Apaches ever made totem poles, but the Atlantic Indians had a very Karl May aesthetic about them.) Paymaster Games now makes a very nice, and much more authentic, 28mm scale totem pole in white metal. It might be a bit big for a 1/72 diorama, but then again, how big is a totem pole? |

Yeppers, Atlantic Apache Camp: link Paul, if you have an Apache Camp set, you've gotta use more of those figures. That 'shaman' figure is just insane. |

It is the Atlantic Totempole…well, a Nexus copy. The "shaman" is insane. He Looks like he´s doing some sort of Punch and Judy Show ..the owl meets a sticky end with a ..gulp..Knife! I´ve got him somewhere in the bits and pieces box. Not too sure what the devil head on the Teepee means either. This set should be reproduced, if only for the two sitting figs, top row, left; link In fact, I could find a use for all the figs in the set. |

Who knows who or what lives in that teepee? Prolly not Apaches…The skulls on the sticks with the feathers, a big one and a little one (brrr), now there must be a use for those. I like the kneeling woman with the baby on her back, you can use her somewhere, maybe trim off her feather. Yeah, the Sioux Camp set is more reasonable. A friend has a batch of the teepees that he uses with 15mm figures, they're excellent for that. But I think the molds for that set are missing, presumed lost. |
