I`ve just started to post photos of my Ancient battles: There are photos from 3 hoplite test games and from the battle of Watling Street test game. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the anicient stuff. link Note: Watling Street: those British routers would have pushed back on to the crowd behind and wagon circle. Hope you like these – more will follow! |

Michael, I'm back on the boards! I needed to recover my account, couldn't remember my password. I have sent you an email with the Greek playtest names. I'm looking forward to getting more games of this under my belt. I'll be in touch, and following your activity… I foresee these becoming my go-to ancients set. Thanks Austin |

Hi Austin, Roman rules sent for testing via email. Any particular historical battles you`d like to test with these? You might like to try Watling Street – I`ll send you the OOB`s. The other historical Roman battle that we tested (and that I have some figures for) was Mount Garganus: Crixus v. Gellius Publicola. Well, it was scaled down to 50%, but still went as it did on the day. Mike. |
