Embarking upon a FIW project the French in 28mm.
Can anyone advise on what other manufacturers figures mix well with the Conquest figure range? Thanks |

All of them.
I think it's insane to deprive yourself of a range or two because of a 2mm difference measured to something as arbitrary as eyes.
These are skirmish figures, spread out on the table top. Obscured by trees etc.
The usual caveat of "I wouldn't mix them in the same unit" doesn't even apply here. I use And happily mix, despite non-important size differences, Old Glory, Redoubt, Hinchliffe, Dixon, Conquest, Perry…
Just about any manufacturer. |

I agree with Mr Smith. I use any figures that I like in my skirmish battles. Very few armies had all it's soldiers exactly the same. Watch any military parade and you see soldiers of all heights marching along. |

I agree with Winston Smith. If you are particular I believe Perry and OG fit the best height wise. |

The Conquest Indians and the Perry AWI Indians are very similar. I've painted lots of both in my time. |

I've changed my mind. Winston is a heretic. Pitchfork and torches time! (We haven't had a good angry flash mob around here in quite some time).

Ditto on Perry AWI! A great match sometimes I forget which manufacturer when I look at my collection. |
