So who does 15mm Renaissance Swiss flags? My printer isn't up to printing downloadable flags. |

If you are talking about Swiss as mercenaries then my understanding is that they didn't use cantonal flags. In French service they used various flags with the French white cross on a plain red or various striped backgrounds with the number of stripes increasing with time. You can see an example of this in the Pavia tapestry with a white and yellow striped background. For my 15 mm Swiss in French service, I drew some flags using Excel and printed them out but it wouldn't take much longer to just hand paint such simple designs. link |

Hi Slugbalancer (???) That's good. The Cantonal banners look great – I especially like Berne. I was very disappointed to find that mine had to have boring white crosses. |
