Great painting of marvellous models. Did they ever correct the errors in their Horse Artillery colleagues? An even better/smarter uniform, based on slight alterations of their foot figures, but not enough alterations alas.

Cheers!

Liam I'm not sure about the Horse artillery but given I've almost finished painting them too, you'll be able to tell me soon :) I took a few artistic liberties with those anyway so they might be doubly wrong…

Really looking forward to seeing the artistic liberties…nothing wrong with that! Let's face it, how often do we show cavalry charging into action in parade ground full dress!

The horse artillery figures from Murawski look like some of the smartest and best cast that they do. It is just they lack some of the kit that makes them mounted and not foot artillery……hardly matters frankly unless you are really enthusiastic….confess…… I am.

Just hope they will make the limbers, too because they make excellent figures, and I'm sure you would give them justice considering what I'm seeing here.

I love it, when you can get down to this level.

It is almost like that film "Inception"…..

the drivers of Horse Artillery of the Duchy of Warsaw……

there must have been a trumpeter of that train. Or a Farrier….. Indeed a Surgeon of….etc………..How far deep can you go? (Does anyone have the slightest idea…? Worse, does it really matter?..Answer…oh yes, it does……..)

That is what is so great about this forum.

If only, what is recorded here, on TMP, was more accessible for posterity…….

This will all be repeated in two years time…….the same questions…….
