After two weeks of real life interfering with our gaming, my wonderful and amazing wife suggested a game of Frostgrave tonight. I re-worked her warband to take into account her suggestions after last game, we went with full rules, full spells, the whole shebang. She won, four treasure tokens against my two, but wound up with six times as much gold as I did. She killed both my Wizard and Apprentice after I killed her Wizard, but just about everyone made a full recovery after the game. Here are some random game pictures:

Sounds like it was a fun and deadly game. I enjoy seeing the game being played in an Egyptian setting rather than the usual European city look. And I like the addition of the cat in the first photo; it seems very appropriate for an ancient Egypt game! :) |
