Sadly I have not heard back from my web-host yet about this server problem, but it went down late last night (5/15/16) and there is an open ticket already to correct the problem.

With any luck this will be resolved tonight.

Talk to HostGator. That's who I rent my VPS from for the website design/hosting business. They have good prices and excellent uptime. I've been with them for a few years now -- I bailed from GoDaddy over their support of SOPA -- and I couldn't be happier. I can't imagine HostGator ever not dealing with an issue within an hour, let alone leaving it overnight.

Okay, it was a hiccup that will be fixed by tomorrow. I have had few problems with them in the past, but it has been a long time since I've been down, and they have been great otherwise.

I will consider HostGator in the future should the need ever arise, and I appreciate your pointing me toward a reliable service.

The site is up but the webcart is not working.

My webmaster just needed to reboot the server to get that working, sorry for the problem.
