I have been away from DBA and my miniatures for several years, well, more than several. I have an army that I bought painted, as an opponent for the NKE army I had at the time. I am thinking of selling it on Ebay, but want to be able to accurately describe it. I think they are Hittites, but….. Anyway, thanks for the help. link link link link |

A seven-nation army? Don't let it hold you back. Seriously, they look like Hittites to me but I'm no expert. |

Could be Hittites or they could be Sumerians, judging by the beards… |

They are a mixture, some Assyrians there. I think they are Black Hat, check there site and you can probably work out what you have. |

I'd go with Pictors … less regimented but Assyrian in style (ish) so likely Babylonian. Phil |

I have a Hittite army and the chariots do look like mine. Problem is I also bought the army so did not paint it and can not say if they are correct. |

Definitely not Hittite. The 4-horse chariot looks Assyrian, but the light troops don't, so I am going to guess Later Babylonian? link |

A definite Assyrian influence there. Just to suggest another option, since they don't look like Hittites to me. Heavy and light chariots, cavalry, medium/light foot. Could, possibly, squeeze Urartians out of them. link |

The infantry don't look Assyrian or Babylonian to me. I'm also going to say, Urartu. |

They look like an army that a guy who thought all chariot armies were cool painted. There's enough there to look like just about anything. |

The 4 horse and 2 horse chariots are Assyrian for sure. Can't place the infantry. |

I guess that if I list them on Ebay, I will have to be a bit generic about the description! |

Boomcoach, Check the Old Glory page under Babylonian Empire and you will see most of the figures come from there including the infantry with large shields. link Tip: If you are selling this as a DBA collection then specify the elements and for which version this is suited for. Good Luck. |

Neo-Babylonian 7th to 6th Century BC. |

Babylonians, following the "Armies and Enemies" book. |

If your thinking Babylonian, here is a Neo-Babylonian army I did for DBA as a comparison. link |
