For buildings … Total Battle Miniatures Irregular Miniatures I think Leven do some also. Not sure what other terrain is specifically medieval though. |

2nd recommendation for Leven who do quite an extensive range, plus they have a load of new Castle Keeps and city walls coming out, you can see most of Levens medieval stuff on this blog:
