So, Necromunda by any other name? Still got the painted figures and terrain from last time. |

The impression I am getting from reading is that this is more leaning into the pseudo-RPG approach. More like some of the Twohourwargames stuff. I'll definitely be picking this up. |

I'll be grabbing it. I enjoy the designer's other rule sets. |

It will have to be pretty special to drag me away from Pulp Alley. |

I hope this one doesn't shackle itself to d6's when something else would do better. |

I like D6's :-) But aren't all the "Song of.." games D6? Though I think I've seen a D10 conversion out there. |

"Harder Than Steel" is/was a SF ruleset GG was working on for some time, and used d10's. I have heard othing of it, figured this might be what that project morphed into. I like D6's :-) And a hammer is very useful, but that's not the only thing in my toolbox. |

From what can be gleaned from the SoBH FB group: D20 based game, 3-5 characters per side on a "busy" 3x3 table, likely with a campaign system. |

'Rogue Stars' has echoes of 'Rogue Trader'. 'Fighting Sail' and 'En Garde' are titles directly lifted from earlier and very successful games. Is this a deliberate ploy on Osprey's part. Certainly Osprey's versions of the latter two don't live up to the original rules of the same title. |

Picking a name that recalls a known property probably helps marketing quite a bit. |

They are just cranking out rules. Some good Some not so good Some Great But all better than anything that GW is putting out these days. |
