So star trek got an epic wiki, and while most of the info are from the movies and shows some are from official works outside of the actual shows/movies. This means you can read about each ship class in great detail. Star Wars got something similar. But not for say B5, the b5 wiki is small and nothing compared to ST. And the info seems to be wholly based on the show. Some classes don't show crew components. And some have like no info on armerment. (Like one just says fires blue bolts) I Know B5 ain't trek or wars. But i would have thought some would have writen something somewhat official. Like they have done for trek and wars. |

Probably has a lot to do with J. Michael Straczynski. |

Babylon 5 fandom is effectively dead in general. From what I remember, the Babylon 5 Wars products by Agents of Gaming covered all the starships in great detail. |

Too bad. i thought the B5 universe was much more interesting than either the comic book SW or the goody two shoes ST. |

By all means, track down the old B5Wars books. Better yet, you can look here for ship information: b5warsvault.wikidot.com While crew compliments aren't provided, one can get a relative idea of sizes, power generation and weaponry from the game's ship diagrams. |

For one reason or another the B5 fan community never embraced a lot of the secondary games/sources/whatever (and a lot less was produced for B5 in general) in the same way that the Trek and Wars fanbases did. I know B5 fans who don't accept any of the novels, even the ones written by JMS himself, for example, as 'real'. But yes, check out the old B5Wars material; tons of fantastic stuff there. -Will |
