I wanted to try a scenario in which we would be going up against an NPC league--mostly because I wanted to have a lot of gangs running around. It went reasonably well except for all the hair-pulling and cursing because the Revenge of the Terrorbot League totally pwned our two other leagues. The leagues were independently created new ones, though they tended to share some attributes: All the leagues went heavy on Animal, and two arranged to get a lot of points to spend from the Vehicles book. So observe! Pulp Alley: Mob Scene--- imgur.com/gallery/RSd35/new

Since we had to run the NPC gangs as well as our own leagues, they had to follow a very specific routine, with the following priorities:
1 If the leader or sidekick were attacked, the closest gang would try to attack the closest member of the attacking league.
2 Otherwise, all gangs are to move as fast as possible towards their nearest plot point.
3 If the plot point was uncontested, they would attempt to take it in the usual way. I gave the NPC league the Daredevil perk so they would have at least 2 dice in action skills.
4 If the plot point was being contested, or if it was held by an enemy character, they would attack that character.
5 Finally, if they possessed a plot point, they would run it to their Leader and try to pass it to him.
As it happened, only one gang managed to get a plot point, and they were obliterated fairly quickly.

By a Skaven Jezzail Team…a reality mashup of the first order. I've had dreams like this scenario, but usually some sort of mushroom was required first.
