I bought this box off eBay a couple of days ago as the original game is great fun and my opponent and I really like playing it. This additional set is of the same high quality, but with one small disappointment which I discovered upon opening the box this morning. All the British tanks in the box had broken weapons, in three cases one on each tank was missing completely snapped off on the sponsons. The fourth machine had all the weapons but again one was snapped and hanging on by a thread. Of the snapped off barrels there is no sign in the box, which leads one to the conclusion that they were damaged prior to packing and QC at the manufacturers is lacking something. I can replace with some plastic pipe of suitable size, but its annoying and a bit of a pain.
The two AF7V were both perfectly ok, even though they have more machine guns and look more vulnerable due to the design. The foam packaging had obviously done it's job, otherwise there would have been more bits broken and the parts would have been still in the box, so it's not Royal Mail's fault.
If it's not just me then the manufacterer needs to be made aware of the problem I'd suggest?
I wondered if anyone else has had the same problem?

This was a reported problem on the Kickstarter. After about a third of the pledges went out the feedback came about the damaged barrels and the remaining pledges were held until they'd been repacked.

All those who had tanks damaged in transit were offered replacements but with you having bought it off eBay I don't know where you'd stand on that.

Hi

I was a kickstarter on this and 3 of my MV Iv had broken barrels. but they replace them within a couple of weeks.

The extra pieces from the kick stater were packed in a sealed holder and un broken.

I received mine after the problem had been discovered and fixed. No broken weapons at all for me.

This (along with the main game) was my favorite gaming buy of the year so far. Hellafun and a tremendous value!

When I received mine there was no damage. But from the shipping schedule, it seemed that I was definitely towards the end of the delivery process.

I bought mine from Gamesquest on eBay. I've used them, and the similar sounding Gameslore, before and never had any issues until now. I'll see if anything comes from my feedback on there.
